Sign our petition to keep Fox's in Uttoxeter

We want to register our support for keeping Fox's Biscuits in Uttoxeter. We want to show Northern Foods the strength of support and backing that the Fox's plant has amongst the people of Uttoxeter, Burton and all the surrounding towns villages.

Fox's Biscuits is important to local people, and its closure would be a devastating blow for the town and for many families locally.

We believe for many reasons that Uttoxeter is ideally placed for the planned development of an expanded production facility – there is room on site to expand, we have fantastic transport and distribution links, the commitment and availability of a highly-motivated local workforce, and the complete backing of the town's residents.

We urge the Regional Development Agency to put together a package of support, and call on all local politicians at Town, Brough and County levels to work together to develop a strategic plan to support the long term future of the factory and it's workforce.
